DELIVERY
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE
MY ORDER?
We believe in giving your dog the freshest food. As a result, our diets are only prepared upon payment confirmation and will require a lead time of 3 - 7 working days. (Except for Value Trays)
Cut off for the week's orders will be every Sunday at 11.59pm. If you order by Sunday, the food will be delivered in the same week on your selected day & time.
For orders received after Sunday, delivery will be scheduled for the following week on your selected day & time.

Single delivery is free for orders above $70. A $7.50 fee will be charged for orders below $70.
There is a surcharge of $10 for every delivery to Sentosa. Please note that we do not deliver to Jurong Island.

DO YOU OFFER SPLIT DELIVERIES FOR LARGE DOGS?
Yes we do! Simply select Double Delivery when you are checking out. We will then spilt your order into half and deliver in 2 deliveries. For double delivery, the 2 deliveries are made 2 weeks apart.

MISSED DELIVERy
If you miss a delivery as a result of a wrong address given to us by you or because nobody was home to receive, a re-delivery fee of $10 will be incurred. Our delivery team will wait for a maximum of 10 minutes before moving off.
No refunds will be provided if the undelivered order is cancelled due to the customisation and perishability of the food.
Kindly provide at least 24 hours notice via email before your delivery day if you would like to reschedule or have a change of address. Otherwise, the re-delivery surcharge will be incurred. (Refer to missed deliveries)

CAN MY ORDER BE LEFT OUTSIDE MY DOOR?
If you receive a call from your courier because there is no response from anybody at the given address and you would like the food to be left outside your door, please note that you will have to confirm with them through message immediately. Otherwise, they will not leave your order at the door and you will have to contact us to arrange for a re-delivery. Re-delivery fee of $10 will apply. For Sentosa orders, the $10 re-delivery fee will be added on top of the $10 surcharge.
We will not be liable for any damages, loss, or harm as a result from the action of leaving the order at your doorstep as requested.
