Restaurant Grade Ingredients

Quality begins at ingredient choice. We share the same SFA-approved suppliers as top local restaurants so you can be assured your dog is getting hormone and antibiotic-free protein straight from whole cuts of meat with the highest bioavailability.

Temperature-Controlled Preparation

During production, we actively monitor and control the temperature of all our ingredients to ensure an unbroken coldchain and optimal freshness. We use a combination of methods such as cooking meat components to 80°C while briefly steaming vegetables in order to retain maximum nutritional value.

Packaging

Our diets are vacuum-sealed in food-safe bags to prevent any detriment from moisture or the flow of gas. Packed in a sterile environment, we ensure that what you feed your dog is free from contamination.

Blast Freezing

Once packed, we place our food in HACCP certified blast freezers. The fast freezing process safeguards the food by stopping the spread of bacteria while locking in the nutrients. Keep our meals frozen and there is no need for additives or preservatives.

Delivery

Our courier partners are as dedicated as us to ensure your order reaches you within established safety limits. All GoodWoof Diets are stored below -20° and packed into double-walled carton boxes to add an extra layer of insulation while minimising our carbon footprint.

Even if your order arrives at a later delivery slot, rest assured that the surface temperature of the food will remain within the safe limit <4° even if the edges are soft to touch. We have run tests to ensure that our boxes can hold a safe temperature for up to 5 hours.
